5-Step Project Delivery Process
Efficient and reliable project delivery in 5 steps – from feasibility and engineering to execution, reporting and verified results.

1. Initial Assessment & Feasibility Study
Our process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of the well and relevant parameters:
- Well status, basic well sketch, and survey data (MD vs. TVD)
- Casing points, packers, and tubular details
- Pressure information (WHP/BHP, PBU rate)
- Any additional client-provided data
Based on this, we perform a feasibility study and present our findings with recommendations in a timely manner.
2. Engineering & Planning
Next, our engineering team develops a tailored project plan, including:
- Pressure control calculations and barrier design
- Pumping pressure and hydraulic simulations
- Volume and material balance calculations
- Deck layout and logistical recommendations
- Budgetary estimates, delivery terms, and timelines
If our proposal aligns with your requirements, we arrange a planning meeting to finalize technical details and commercial terms.
A site visit at an early stage is strongly recommended to familiarize our team with infrastructure, equipment synergies, and service-provider integration.
3. Preparation & Mobilization
Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, we move into execution preparation:
- Develop a detailed delivery and engineering plan
- Provide an equipment and operations list with technical specifications
- Prepare manufacturing plant and production of required QuartzPack™ volumes
- Containerization and shipment of products
- Mobilization of equipment and materials to location
Where needed, we assist in port-of-entry QA/QC and receipt of materials.
4. Operational Kick-Off
At the start of operations, our personnel arrive on site to supervise:
- Preparation of the spread
- Line-up of piping and equipment
- Safety and operational readiness checks
5. Execution, Verification & Reporting
During operations, our field supervisors remain on site for direct supervision and operational support. After completion, we provide:
- End-of-job reporting, including verification and monitoring recommendations
- Documentation of lessons learned
- Assistance with demobilization of equipment
